It’s been hotter than hell around here this summer. A little while there was a power failure and it couldn’t have come at a worse time. Overloaded the grid I guess. Anyway, my mama called me at work towards the end of my shift and said she was dying of thirst. Would I stop by and bring her over some nice cold beer. On the way I stopped and got a sixpack of tall ones and headed on over there. When I knocked, I heard her yell to come on in that she was in the kitchen. When I walked in I got a real surprise. She was standing at the sink washing dishes in just her bra and panties and if that weren’t enough,the panties were soaked with sweat and clinging to her butt so you could see everything she had. And what she has is pretty good. She’s coming up on 50 but still looks just fine to me. When she saw me standing there staring at her she told me to put my eyes back in my head before they popped out. I started to apologise but she just laughed and said forget it, that she was just glad a handsome guy like me would still look at her. That embarrassed me even more. Anyway, we sat down and started working on that sixer and before I knew it it was gone. I had a date with my girlfriend and was running late so I jumped right up and started to leave. I guess it kind of irritated my mama. She doesn’t care much for my girlfriend, says she’s not good enough for me. I guess all moms feel that way. Anyway, when I picked her up and told her why I was late, she exploded. She said my mama was jealous of her and hated her. She said my mom acted more like a jealous wife than a mother. We ended up having a big fight and not even going out on our date. Hell, I don’t know. I do know that since my daddy died 5 yrs ago, she’s been depending on me for a lot more stuff. She also acts a little flirty around me but I never figured that meant anything. We’ve always been pretty close. Like I said, I just don’t know.
