Before I start yabbering about why I think this would be a fun topic, let me just tell you what it is all about. Maybe there is that bad relationship that is now dissolved but still feels like a thorn in your side. A fight with a family member, troubles at work, a lost lover or friend, all of these are examples of things that could be causing that sinking feeling when you wake up everyday and leer over your head day and night.
